Intro
I'm no meshing
expert myself, in fact I'm pretty much a newbie on this. The point of this
tutorial is to give you some tools and ideas to get you started on
meshing. This is NOT a complete tutorial in any way but I hope you'll find
it helpful anyway. You can start out with part one and do part two later
on, or you can do them together.
What you'll
need: Milkshape3d- 3d tool for game meshing SimPose - for previewing
purposes cmx
maker - to make the mesh work in the game (it's in the programs
section on the site) a graphics program, I use PaintShopPro
myself Optional: LithUnwrap - For advanced texture mapping and creating
UV maps FarOut
- extract maxis meshes from far files. Gives you more meshes to work
from
