5. Widening the skirt

Now I want to make the skirt wider. I could do this with the move tool too, selecting and moving each vertex in the hemline outwards. But I'll use the scale tool.
First I need to select the vertices in the hem line. This time I will avoid the vertices that are part of the thights, as it's is not her thighs I want to be wider ;) I use the selection tool in side view to select both skirt and thigh vertices.

Then I deselect (shift+right-drag) the thigh vertices in side and top view till I'm left with only this:

Then I choose Scale in the toolbox.
I choose the center off mass and deselect the y axis as I only want to scale left-right and back forth not up-down. Then I type in 1.1 in both the x and x box and press scale. I think it looks ok in the side view, but I'd like it to be wider in the front view. So I deselect the z axis and press scale again. That looks ok:

I've now made the skirt a little longer and wider.
