6. Flaring the
sleeves
So, now to the
sleeves, I want them to be flared. I zoom in on the arms (note: the
reason you don't see the hand is they're on a seperate mesh). In the
side view I select the top vertices of the arm and in the front view I
deselect the left arm.

In the top view I
deselect the center vertex as I only want to scale the otline of the
sleeve, not the center of the arm. That way the hand will still be
attached the right way.

Now I choose scale,
center of mass, all axes (x,y and z) and set the value to 1.4 for all
axes. Then I press 'scale'. I do this 4 times to get the look I
want.
