1. Pale bases

The pale skin tone is made by Seraphine of Simsylvania. You can find matching pale skins at Simsylvania, Nighttime Sims, FrillySims and other sites.
To make sure all pale sims match I suggest you use the original pale bases made by Seraphine. Get them here. I've made some matching hands that are included in the zip. And two head bases; a male and a female C001 head. Get them here or make your own to match the pale body bases.
The actual making of the head and skin is not different from regular skins. You can see my head and skin tutorials for inspiration.
The tricky part about pale skins is naming them and assigning matching hands, nude, formal, swim and night wear. Pale heads are easy; you don't have to assign anything.
